ZINCALUME STEEL/ BOLTED TANKS
Zincalume Tata Bluescope made marine grade ZincAlume -Silicon Alloy steel of AZ 150 or AZ 200, which
offers best available surface protection against
corrosion even in harshest environment like coastal
region or the regions with high rain fall or snow fall, is
used for wall sheets and roof panels. It is offered with
yield strength of minimum 300 MPa to maximum 550
MPa depending on the application. ZINCALUME® steel
complies with AS1397, ASTM A792M, IS 15961 and ISO
9364 standards.
Our Zincalume Bolted Panel Tanks are fabricated using
the best grade of Steel as MOC which is coated with
55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc & 1.5% Silicon. Hence, they
are known as Zinc Aluminium Tanks or Galvalume
Tanks. It is lightweight, durable and versatile.
Zincalume sheet has 40-50 years of life and comes with
20 years of Corrosion Warranty. These tanks last up to
four times longer than galvanized steel. All our tanks
can be customized according to any design
requirement of the client
ZN-AL TANKS
ZINCALUME-high tensile-corrugated bolted
steel panels made outer shell along with high
tensile inside liner or membrane guarantees
long term safe storage for the variety of liquid
with zero leakage or contamination with no
algae formation. High tensile corrugated steel
wall externally supported with ‘W’ type
stiffeners and studs, sheared from black
carbon steel, provide maximum strength to
the storage tank and increase its load
carrying capacity.

We always provide hot dip galvanized nut bolts to provide protection against rust and a standard look.
All structures like nozzles, roof truss, hold down brackets, truss, crossing are hot dip galvanized.
We refrain from powder coating and paints.
We provide Level Indicator with covers to protect the triangular indicator’s movement in heavy winds and to ensure it moves upwards and downwards only.
